Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about symbolic square sponsorship, payment, and recognition.

What is a symbolic square foot?

It is a $180 campaign sponsorship connected to one square on the planned floor map. It recognizes your support but does not convey ownership or a property interest.

Do I have to use the detailed map?

No. Quick selection is recommended, especially on a phone. Choose a floor, quantity, and optional preferred room, and the system assigns available symbolic squares. Exact map selection remains available.

Can I sponsor more than one?

Yes. Choose a preset or enter any quantity from 1 to 500 in one gift.

What are the 896 support and utility square feet?

They represent traced cells used for stairs, restrooms, mechanical and support areas, wall geometry, and other non-sponsorable plan space. They are not prior donations.

How is card payment handled?

Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout. This website never stores your card number. Squares are marked sponsored only after Stripe confirms payment.

How does Zelle work?

The site gives you the campaign Zelle address, amount, and a unique memo code. Your selection is temporarily held, then confirmed by the campaign after funds are matched.

When do I receive a certificate?

After payment is confirmed, a numbered PDF certificate is emailed to you. A Zelle pledge alone does not issue a certificate.

Is the gift tax-deductible?

You will receive a receipt after payment is confirmed. Please contact the campaign for the organization's legal name and tax identification details and consult your tax adviser about your circumstances.

Can I give by check, wire, or discuss a major dedication?

Yes. Contact the campaign team through the Contact page before sending funds so the gift and recognition can be recorded correctly.
